Definition and Scope
In general, the Terms and Conditions follow the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki).
Products and prices
Prices in the web shop are in Euro's (EUR) and include the Finnish VAT. Finnish VAT is included in all shipping addresses inside of the EU. For orders to Åland and outside of the EU the VAT will be removed. Prices for individual items do not include shipping costs.
Prices of the products in the webstore are subjected to change without notice, but will remain the same as at the time of the customer's order.
Products are ordered from KoiPi Shop by adding a product to the shopping chart. Ordering does not require a customer account, but for registered customers the ordering process is faster and easier. Customer must enter all required information for ordering and is responsible of information validity.
The images of the range in the online shop are intended as an illustration and do not constitute binding offers for sale. By completing the order process by clicking on the "Buy" button the customer makes a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract. The customer thereupon receives an automated confirmation of receipt of order by e-mail (order confirmation). This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the offer. The contract with KoiPi Partners Ltd is only concluded when KoiPi Partners Ltd sends the ordered product to the customer and the shipping to the customer is confirmed by e-mail (shipping confirmation).

KoiPi Shop offers shipping to Finland and international shipping to Estonia and Sweden at the stated delivery rates (Conditions may apply. ). For more information please refer to.
The order will be shipped as soon as KoiPi Partners Ltd has received the payment. In the event that some of the ordered products are not in the stock, KoiPi Partners Ltd shall inform the customer without delay and propose a new delivery time. If estimated delivery time is more than 30 days KoiPi Partners Ltd shall reimburse payments made by the customer.
Customers have a fourteen-days (14 days) cancellation right. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is neither attributable to their commercial nor self-employed professional activity. The following regulations apply to the cancellation right and the excluding of the cancellation right. If customers have any further questions about cancellations, they can contact the KoiPi Partners Ltd customer service.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the event of delivery of goods like rapid tests or supplements if a package's seal or shell has been broken or package has been opened. The product shall be returned in its original package.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform KoiPi Partners Ltd of the decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post e-mail). Customer may use the attached model withdrawal form but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for Customer to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If Customer withdraw from this contract, KoiPi Partners Ltd shall reimburse all payments received from customer, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about the decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as Customer used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed; in any event, Customer will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Guarantee and liability
The statutory guarantee provisions apply.
The customer is responsible for inspecting the received products within 14 days after delivery. Any faults or defects should be reported to KoiPi Partners Ltd immediatelly. It is Customer's responsibility to always carefully follow instructions in the manual provided with the product. KoiPi Partners Ltd is not liable for the consequences of inappropriate use of products, supplement food or use that is unnecessary.
KoiPi Partners Ltd shall not be liable for delays and damages caused by an impediment beyond its control, which it could not have reasonably taken into account, and whose consequences it could not reasonably have avoided or overcome. Force majeure is considered to be, for example, industrial action, illness of staff, export and import bans and disturbances in transports. If a force majeure continues over three months, both KoiPi Partners Ltd and Customer shall have the right to cancel orders without obligation to pay compensation for non-compliance or delay.
Finnish court, Helsinki district Finnish law will be applied to all disputes arising under this Terms and Conditions. .All disputes arising under the T&C which cannot be solved by mutual agreement, shall be solved in the district court of Helsinki, Finland.
